I do not feel or think and consider the way of recruiting employees by Ms. Miller for Ms. Miller’s institution to be unethical, unfair, immoral or unjust. In fact, I feel that this way of recruiting is ethical because of the aspect that it is the right of the employees to shift from one organization to another whenever they want (Jennings, 2014). There are no restrictions which can restrict the employees not to shift their organizations. It is a different thing that employees must fulfill their legal and professional responsibilities, duties and formalities before leaving a particular organization and shifting to another organization.
